Academy (Ages 8 – 14 years): The Academy is for young athletes who are new to athletics. All new athletes must start in the Academy. Please see our Academy page.
Junior (Ages 12 – 16 years): Athletes who have progressed through the Academy are moved to one of our Junior coaching groups. Older (14 – 16 years), but inexperienced athletes may initially be placed in a Junior coaching group.
Advanced (Ages 15+ years): Older athletes and those who have progressed through a Junior coaching group are placed in one of our Advanced coaching groups.
Jog England (Ages 16+ years):  For individuals interested in improving their general fitness in a non-competitive environment. The group provides graded sessions for walking, jogging and running on Thursdays and track work on Sundays.

All the above sessions are under the direction of our qualified coaches.

NB: Athletes under 18 years may only use the facilities under the supervision of one of the above coaching groups. Athletes over 18 years may use the facilities unsupervised.
