The second meeting of the Heart of England league presented with a diminished Tamworth AC team because of fixture clashes and the Bank Holiday weekend. However the athletes that were in attendance on the day gave a good account of themselves with lots of first places and personal best performances

Under 11 Boys

In the 75m A race Braedon Welsh came 4^th with a time of 11.9secs, and in the long jump he came 1^st with a jump of 3.44m

Sam Williams in the 75m B race was 5^th with a time of 13.8secs and he came 3^rd in the long jump B with a leap of 2.62m

In the 600m A race Jesse Bradley was 3^rd with a time of 02mins 02.3secs

Corin Bradley in the 600m B race came 2^nd with a time of 2mins 23.8secs

Under 13 Girls

In the 100m A race Aliya Bibi was 5^th with a time of 16.6secs and in the Shot B she came 4^th with a putt of 3.92m

Isabelle Willett in the 100m B race came 5^th with a time of 16.4secs

In the 200m A race Lottie McLaren was 1^st with a personal best time of 29.9secs and she came 1^st in the 800m a race with a time of 2mins 33.3secs

Annie Boonham in the 200m B race came 2^nd with a personal best of 31.7secs and in the 800m B race she was 2^nd with a personal best of 2mins 50.7secs. With another personal best Annie went on to jump 3.56m in the long jump A

Ashton Adcock specialised in field events coming 4^th  in the Shot A with a throw of 3.99m and she came 1^st in the Javelin A with a throw of 15.02m, she finished with a personal best in the long jump B, jumping 2.95m

In the 4x100m relay the Tamworth girls of Annie Boonham, Aliya Bibi, Isabelle Willett      and Lottie McLaren came 3^rd with a time of 60secs

Under 13 Boys

In the 100m A race Jacob Williams came 6^th with a personal best of 15.3secs, he scored another personal best in the 200m B race coming 3^rd with a time of 31.9secs. He made his hat trick of personal bests in the long jump A with a best of 4.04m

Luca Bradley came 3rd in the 200m A race with a personal best time of 31secs and he had a second personal bets in the 1500m A race finishing 1^st with a time of 5mins 13.8secs

Under 15 Girls

In the 200m B race Libbie Price was 3^rd with a personal best of 32.8secs and she came 5^th in the 1500m A race with another personal best of 5mins 40.4secs

Amy Cook in the Shot came 2^nd with a seasons best of 7.97m and she was 1^st in the Javelin A with a throw of 28.25m

Team mate Ruby Spencer came 1^st in the javelin B with a personal best of 23.98m

In the 200m A race Arantxa Middleton came 3^rd with a time of 28.7secs

Abigail Hamer came 2^nd with a personal best of 2mins 30secs in the 800m A race and in the long jump B she came 1^st with a personal best of 4.26m

In the 800m  B race  Ellie Gauntlett came 2^nd with a personal best of 2mins 46.1secs.

Niamh Kilgallen in the 75m hurdles came 1st with a time of 12.7secs, in the 100m A race she was 2^nd with a time of 14.5secs and in the high jump she came home in 1^st with a jump of 1.48m

In the 100m  B race Bethany Ostick came 1^st with a time of 14.2secs abnd in the long jump A she came 1^st with a personal best jump of 4.51m

In the 4x100m relay with Arantxa Middleton, Abi Hamer, Bet Ostick and Niamh Kilgallen came 2^nd with a time of 55secs

Under 15 Boys

In the 300m A race Ben Edwards came 1^st with a time of 46.6secs and in the 1500m  A race he was also 1^st with a time of 4mins 52.1secs, he finished off with the javelin with a seasons best throw of 14.94m.

Under 17 Women

Hannah Evans had a time of 15secs in the 100m A race and she came 4^th in the shot with a seasons best throw of 5.98m. In the javelin A she came 1^st with a personal best throw of 14.75m
