On a scorching hot day with no wind the last event of the Youth Development League Lower Age Group Div North East 1d took place at Stourport Sports Club Stadium.

Many of the athletes gave Personal Best performances and there were plenty of 1st places. However all the athletes gave their best wherever they finished and contributed to the total points which gave Tamworth AC 3rd place on the day and 3rd place at the end of the series behind Telford AC and Halesowen A & CC.

U13W

Emily Pearce in the 800m A race came 1^st with a PB of 2mins 35.6secs and in the 70m Hurdles A race she came 3^rd with a PB of 12.8secs

In the 800m B race Ellie Gauntlett came 2^nd with a time of 2mins 47.9secs and in the Shot Putt A she came 6^th with a putt of 4.66m

Angelica Rakmee in the 75m A race came 7^th in 12.5secs and in the 70m Hurdles B she came 3^rd with a time of 16.9secs

In the 75m B race Madison-Rose Blencowe came 4^th with a  PB of 11.8secs and in the 150m B race she came 5^th in 24.6secs

Saoirse Au came 6^th in the 150m A race with a PB of 23.2secs and in the Long Jump A she came 2^nd with a jump of 4.06m

In the 1200m A race Lottie Mclaren came 3^rd with a PB time of 4mins 29.8secs and in the High Jump A she came 3^rd with a PB jump of 1.30m. Lottie was also in the Long Jump B where she came 1^st with a PB jump of 3.74m

Tegan Vickery was 3^rd in the 1200m B race with a time of 4mins 41.3secs and in the Shot Putt B Tegan came 4^th with a putt of 3.40m

In the 500m B race Charlotte Perry came 1^st with a time of 5mins 44.4secs

Ruby Spencer in the Javelin A came 1^st with a throw of 23.46m

In the 4 x 100m relay team the Tamworth team of Siaorse Au, Angelica Rakmee, Lottie McLaren and Emily Pearce. came 4^th with a time of 61.1secs

U13M

In the 100m A race Luca Bradley came 6^th with a PB of 15.2secs. and in the 800m B race he came 3^rd in a time of 2mins 42.9secs

In the 100m B race Tom Reid was 5^th in a PB time of 15.7secs and in the Javelin B he came 4^th with a throw of 11.45m

In the 200m A race James Stretton came 5^th in 30.0secs and in the 1500m A race he came 4^th with a time of 5mins 33.6secs.  He was also in the Long Jump A where he finished in 3^rd place with a PB jump of 4.15m

Toby Wooton in the 200m B race came 6^th in 33.0secs and in the 800m A race he came 3^rd with a PB of 2mins 37.3secs.  He was also in the Long Jump B finishing in 5^th place with a PB jump of 3.60m

In the 1500m B race Daniel Aston was 1^st with a PB time of 5mins 36.4secs and in the Javelin A he came 5^th with a throw of 14.20m

Caydon Fairburn in the Shot Putt A event came 5^th with a PB putt of 5.74m

In the Shot Putt B event Kian Dickson came 4^th with a putt of 4.40m

In the 4 x 100m Relay the Tamworth Team of Luca Bradley, James Wilkes, Tom Reid and Daniel Aston. came 4^th with a time of 60.5secs

In the Pole Vault A Siân Hubbard came 1^st with a vault of 2.40m and in the Long Jump A event she came 6^th with a jump of 3.78m

In the Pole Vault B Isla Crameri came 1^st with a vault of 2.30m

In the 200m A race Hannah Evans came 6^th in 30.6secs and in the Discus B she came 4^th with a throw of 15.76m.  In the Hammer B Hannah was1st with a throw of 23.35m

Alice Jones came 1^st in the Shot Putt A event with a putt of 9.27m and in the Discus  A she came 3^rd with a PB throw of 20.50m.  Alice finished 2^nd in the Hammer A with a throw of 29.32m

In the 200m B race Beth Winstone was 3^rd with a PB of 31.2secs

In the 100m A race Niamh Kilgallen came 5^th in 14.6secs and in the 75m Hurdles she came 3^rd with a PB time of 13.1secs. In the High Jump A Niamh finished in 1^st place with a jump of 1.40m

Gabrielle Degg in the 75m Hurdles B race came 1^st with a PB of 14.0sec.  Gabrielle came 1^st in the High Jump B with a jump of 1.25m

In the 100m B race Abigail Hamer came 5^th in 15.6secs and in the 1500m A race she came 1^st with a time of 5mins 27.3secs

300m A Sian Lewis came 4^th with a PB of 45.3secs and in the 800m A race she came 2^nd with a time of 2mins 31.7secs

In the 300m B race Sophie Perry was 3^rd with a PB of 48.8secs

Katie Stretton in the 800m B race was 2^nd with a time of 2mins 45.3secs and in the Javelin B event she came 4^th with a PB throw of 5.85m

In the Long Jump B event Amy Cook was 3^rd with a jump of 3.70m and in the Shot Putt B event she finished 1^st with a putt of 7.92m. Amy came first in the Javelin A event with a throw of 25.66m

In the 4 x 100m Relay the Tamworth team of Kilgallen, Degg, Winstone, and Hubbard came 4^th with a time of 58.6secs

In the 4 x 300m relay the Tamworth team of Lewis, Evans, Perry C and Stretton came 3^rd with a time of 3mins 18.0secs

U15M

In the 100m A race Timothy Li was 3^rd in 12.6secs. and in the 200m A race he came 2^nd in 25.3secs. He was 1^st in the Long Jump with a jump of 5.05m

Oran Au in the 100m B race  was 4^th in 13.8secs and in the 200m B he was 4^th with a PB of 28.8secs.  Oran was also in the Long Jump B finishing 2^nd with a PB jump of 4.28m

In the 300m A race James Walker came 5^th with a PB of 45.4secs and in the 800m A he came 3^rd with a PB of 2mins 22.7secs.  In the Shot Putt A James finished 4^th with a putt of 6.46m

In the 800m B race Lewis Fullylove came 1^st with a PB of 2mins 35.5secs and in the Shot Putt B he came 1^st with a putt of 6.28m. Lewis also took part in the Discus throw finishing in 4^th place with a PB throw of 15.97m

1500 A race Ben Edwards came 4^th with a PB of 5mins 14.5secs and in the Discus Throw B he came 1^st with a throw of 15.61m.  Ben had a throw of 17.49m to finish 3^rd in the Javelin A event

In the 4 x 300m relay the Tamworth team of Au, Edwards, Walker and Li came 3^rd with a time of 3mins 08.2secs
