In the 400m Hurdles U20 womens race Isabelle Neville started well and was on for a massive PB and she arrived at hurdle no 7 to find that it was set at the wrong height, however she carried on and arriving at hurdle no 10 she stopped running. This hurdle was also set at the wrong height. Not very pleased Isabelle complained to the officials…….. 3 hours later Isabelle was allowed to run again, but this time on her own, tired and emotionally drained….. Nevertheless she managed to get a PB of 65.97secs and her entry standard for the English Schools competition later in the summer…..Isabelle is now happier and the signs are that she has so much potential in her to go much further this year.
