Tamworth Athletic Club athletes took part in the Warwickshire County Championships in Leicester

The team were successful in winning 1 Gold medal, won by Laura Lewis In the 5000m Senior Womens race. 14.42secs came 5^th in the 200m Final

Amy Cook won the silver medal in the U13G Javelin with a throw of 19.35m.Amy currently stands at 35th in the UK rankings for the U13G javelin. In the U13G 100m finals Amy came 7^th with a time of 15.72secs and in the U13G 200m final she also came 7^th with a time of 33.66secs.  In the U13G Long Jump Amy came 7^th with a jump of 3.69m

Isla Crameri in the 70m U13G Hurdles came 4^th with a time of 13.9secs, in the 100m U13G race she came 5^th in a time of 14.42secs and in the U13G Long Jump Isla came 4^th with a jump of 3.87m

Finally in the U15G section Sian Lewis in the 300m final came 7^th with a time of 49.06secs and in the 800m final she came 6^th with a time of 2:39.8mins
