SENIOR MEN

Alex Berrow SEN specialising in the field events took 1^st place in three events. In the Shot Put B he had a throw of 11.63m, in the Discus B he had a seasons best of 28.81m and in the Hammer A another seasons best of 51.11m.

In the 400m SM B Anthony Parkes U23 came 1^st with a seasons best of 51.7secs and in the 800m SM A he came 3^rd in another seasons best time of 1:59.7mins

Bikram Singh U23 earned a brilliant personal best in the 1500m SM A race finishing in 6^th place.

David Brayer V50 ran a solid 5000m SM B race finishing 5^th with a personal best time of 19:34.8mins

In the 400m SM B hurdles Daniel James U17 gave a good account of himself coming 4^th with a personal best of 66.5secs

Chairman Dave Williams SEN ran the 2000m Steeplechase A finishing 5^th in a time of 7:42.2mins

Douglas Stark SEN had an excellent afternoon. In the High Jump SM A he jumped a personal best of 1.9m finishing 1^st. He was also 1^st in the Shot Put A throwing 13.96m. In the Discus A he came 1^st with a seasons best throw of 40.94m and in the Javelin A he came 2^nd with a throw of 47m.

Gavin Showell V40 also had a good afternoon with season’s best in all his events. In the Pole Vault SM A he came 3^rd with a vault of 3.7m. In the Long Jump B he came 4^th with a jump of 5.21m. In the Triple Jump SM B he came 5^th with a jump of 9.62m. In the Hammer SM B he came 4^th with a throw of 19.29m.

Greg Richards V40 came 4^th in the Javelin SM B event throwing 33.83m.

Howard Bush V45 came 5^th in the 5000m SM A race with a seasons best of 18:14.6mins.

In the Long Jump SM A James Wooley U20 came 6^th with a seasons best of 5.49m

Kai Evans U17 jumped a personal best in the High Jump SM B with a jump of 1.6m finishing in 3^rd place and in the Triple Jump SM A he came 4^th jumping 11.03m

Kane Densley U23 came 2^nd in the 400m Hurdles SM A with a time of 58.4secs

In the 200m SM A race Myles Richardson U20 came 1^st in a time of 22.9secs and in the 110m Hurdles SM A Race he came 5^th with a personal best time of 19.6secs

Owen Kent U20 ran in the 2000m SM B Steeplechase finishing 3red with a seasons best time of 8:03.7mins

Ricky Hallam SEN in the Pole Vault SM B vaulted a seasons best of 2.8m coming 3^rd

Scott Hudspith SEN in the 800m SM B race had a personal best of 2:06.4mins and came 1^st. In the 1500 SM B race he came 2^nd with a time of 4:21.4mins.

Tom Ainsworth U20 ran the 100m SM B race in a personal best time of 11.6secs coming 2^nd and in the 400m SM A race he had another personal best finishing 1^st in 49.2secs.

Thomas Randolph U20 ran in the 200m SM B race coming 3^rd in 24.2secs and in the 400m SM NS he finished 1^st in 53.1secs.

SENIOR WOMEN

In the 100m SW B race Alice Mellor U17 finished 2^nd with a time of 13.3secs and in the 200m SW B race she came 1^st in 27.5secs

Bethany Devonshire ran in the 100m Hurdles SW B finishing 5^th in 20.5secs

Catherine Smith U23 had a busy afternoon competing in six events.  In the Hammer Throw SW B she had a personal best throw of 7.29m finishing in 5^th place. In the Long Jump SW A she came 5^th with a seasons best jump of 4.06m. In the Shot Put SW A she came 5^th with a seasons best throw of 7.56m. In the Triple Jump SW B she came 2^nd with a seasons best jump of 8.66m. In the discus SW A she had a seasons best throw of 16.61m finishing in 5^th place and finally in the Javelin SW B she finished in 3^rd place with another seasons best jump of 16.89m.

In the 800m SW A race Charlotte Bush U17 came 4^th with a seasons best time of 2:32.2mins and in the 1500m SW B race she finished 2^nd in a seasons best time of 5:09.6mins.  In the Long Jump SW B she came 3^rd with a jump of 3.94m.

Emily Findlater U17 in the 100m Hurdles SW B finished 2^nd with a personal best of 20.2secs and in the 400. Hurdles SW A came 1^st with another personal best time of 69.3secs.

In the 400m Hurdles SW A race Isabelle Neville U17 came 2^nd with a seasons best time of 67.3secs. In the 400m SW A race she came 3^rd with a personal best time of 62.7secs and scored another seasons best in the Triple Jump SW A event with a jump of 8.72m.

 

Isobel Spencer U17 threw a personal best throw of 24m in the Javelin SW A event.

Laura Lewis SEN ran in the 3000m SW B race coming 3^rd in 14:10.5mins

Milly Kellyman jumped a personal best of 1,3m in th High Jump SW B event. She came 3rd

In the two sprint races Omolola Ogunnowo ran 13secs in the 100m SW A race coming 3^rd and in the 200m SW A race she finished 3^rd in 26.1secs

Rachel West U17 in the High Jump SW A came 5^th with a jump of 1.3m

Rebecca Brayer U17 with a sprint in the last 300m of the 800m SW B race finished 2^nd in a seasons best time of 2:32.3mins, She also ran in the 1500m SW A race finishing 4^th with a seasons best time of 5:09.2mins.

Sarah Jemmett V50 in the 3000m SW A race finished 5^th with a seasons best time of 13:04.8mins

Sophie Allen SEN had three seasons best. In the Shot Put SW B she threw 6.6m coming 6^th. In the Discus SW B she threw 16.25m coming 5^th and finally in Hammer Throw SW A she came 4^th with a throw of 31.67m

RELAYS

In the 4×100 SM relay the Tamworth Ac team came 1^st in 44.9secs

In the 4×100 SW relay the ladies finished 3^rd in 51.5secs

In the 4×400 SM relay the team came 1^st with a time of 3:32.6mins

In the 4×400 SW relay they finished 2^nd in 4:12.2mins
