Under 11 Boys

Luca Bradley gained two Personal Bests coming 4th in the 75mA with a time of 11.8secs and 3rd in the 600mA in 2:0mins

Under 11 Girls

Daisy Smith came 3rd in the 75mB with a time of 12.7secs and 4th in the 600mA with a time of 2:20.1mins.

Angelica Rakmee came 1st in the 75mNS with a Personal Best of 13.0secs and she came 2nd in the Long Jump B with a Personal Best jump of 3.05m.

Saoirse Au also gained two Personal Bests coming 4th in the 75mA race in 11.9secs and 5th in the Long Jump A with a jump of 3.01m.

Under 13 Boys

Both the under 13 boys athletes had a good competition, both scoring personal bests. Oran Au was 4th in the 200mA in  a personal best time of 29.6secs, 2nd in the 100mA in a personal best time of 13.7secs and he got a seasons best in the long jump A with a jump of 3.8m.  His team mate Kai Buckley had a hat trick of personal bests, in the 100mB he came 4th in a time of 15secs, in the 800mA he was 5th in 2:49.0mins and in the Javelin A he threw a distance of 22.92m

Oran Au

Under 13 Girls

In the 1500mA Abigail Hamer came 2nd with a personal best of 5:22.3minsnad her team mate Amy Cook threw 19.84mA in the Javelin throw to win 1st place. Amy currently stands at 24th in the country for the Javelin throw in the under13 age group. Amy also came 6th in the 200mA in a time of32.8secs and 2nd in the long jump A with a personal best jump of 4.03m

Ellie Gauntlett came 7th in the shot put A with a throw of 2.72m and she had a personal best in the 1500m NS.

Emily Pearce had two personal bests coming 3rd in the 800mA in a time of 2:49.5mins and 3rd in the 100mB with a time of 15.4secs

Georgina Weal in the 800mB came 6th with a personal best of 3:07.0mins

Mya Strachan racing in the 100mA had a personal best of 14.5secs coming 3rd.

Niamh Kilgallen excelled herself in the 70mA hurdles getting a personal best of 12.1secs and in the High Jump A she had another personal best jump of 1.35m.

In the Javelin throw B Ruby Spencer came 1st with a throw of 19.06m

Tegan Vickery in the 1500mB came 2nd with a personal best of 5:55.9mins and in the Shot put B she came 7th with a personal best throw of 2.62m

Competing in the 200mB Sian Hubbard had a personal best time of 34.8 coming in 6th place and in the long jump B she came 4th with a jump of3.49m

Teagan Vickery gained two personal bests, one in the 1500m with a 2nd place time of 5:55.9mins and in the Shot put she threw 2.62m in 7th place.

Under 15 Boys

James Sherriff ran in the 1500mB coming 1st with a seasons best time of 4:54.9mins and scoring a personal best in the 100mA coming 6th with a time of 13secs.

James Walker has two personal bests one in the 200mA race finishing in 8th with a time of 30.7secs and also 8th in the 100mB with a time of 14.7secs.

In the 1500mA Max Kent also had a personal best finishing 3rd in a time of 4:52.2mins and 3rd in the 300mB with a personal best time of 45.1secs.

Oliver Barnard jumped a seasons best jump of 4.39m in the long jump A

Timothy Li ran the 800mA coming 3rd with a seasons best time of 2:19.7mins and in the 300mA he came 3rd with a time of 42.8secs

Under15 Girls

The under 15 girls had a great competition with all of them scoring personal bests in at least one of their events.

Charlotte Perry in the 1500mB came 3rd with a personal best of 5:36.9mins and in the javelin B she3 threw a personal best of 5.33m coming 5th

Eve Clawley had seasons best in the 1500mA winning the race in 4:57.5mins. In the 100mB she had a personal best in 4th place in a time of 14.1secs and another personal best in the shot put throwing 4.17mA in 8th place.

In the 200mA Hannah Evans had a personal best time of 31.6secs coming 7th, in the 100mA she had another personal best of 14.7secs coming 7th and she came 6th in the javelin A with a throw of 11.05m

Katie Stretton ran a personal best time of 31.6secs coming 5th in the 200mB and in the long jump A she finished in 8th place with a jump of 3.33m

Lauren Swindell ran a personal best of 49.2secs in the 300mA finishing 6th and had a personal best jump of 1.25m in the high jump A finishing 5th.

Sian Lewis was back in form with a 2nd place in the 300mA with a personal best time of 46.9secs and a seasons best time of 2:42.5mins in the 800m B finishing 4th.

Sophie Perry ran in the 800mA finishing in 3rd place with a personal best time of 2:45.9mins another personal best in the long jump B coming 6th with a jump of 2.62m and she finished 6th in the shot put B with a throw of 4,01m

Senior Women

Bethany Devonshire ran the 80mB hurdles coming 2nd with a seasons best time of 15.4secs, she went on to come 1st in the 200mB with a personal best of 28 secs.

Charlotte Bush ran in the 1500mA finishing 4th with a seasons best time of 5:10.1mins

Emily Findlater had a hat trick of personal best coming 4th in the 80mA hurdles with a time of 14.3secs and in the 300mA she came 2nd with a time of 43.5secs.  Finally in the shot put A she threw 6.21m.

Senior Woman Laura Lewis ran in the 800mA coming 4th with a time of 2:52.7mins

Lucy Wheeler competing in the senior women age group came 2nd in the 100mA in 12.9secs and 2nd in the 200mA in a time of 27.4secs.

Another hat trick of personal bests came from Rachel West who in the 100mB finished 2nd with a time of 13.3secs, in the300mB she also came 2nd in 45.6secs and in the High Jump A she came 2nd again with a jump of 1.45m

Senior Men

Andrew Woods was the sole Tamworth male competitor in the Senior Men category. He jhad a hat trick of personal bests with a 4th place in the 400mA in a time of 58.8secs, in the 800mA he came 5th in a time of 2:13.7mins and in the JavelinA he threw 16.75m.

Relays

In the relays the Tamworth AC  had a variety of results. In the 4×100 U11 mixed race the team of Saoirse Au, Angelica Rakmee, Daisy Smith and Luca Bradley came 2nd in 67.1secs

In the 4×100 U15 Boys relay the team of Timothy Li, Max Kent, James Walker and James Sherriff came 7th in 58.4secs.

The 4×100 senior womens team of Bethany Devonshire, Lucy Wheeler, Rachel West and Emily Findlater came 2nd in 53.7secs

The 4×100 U15 Girls team of Eve Clawley, Hannah Evans, Lauren Swindell and Sian Lewis came 4th in 57.4secs

Finally the 4×100 U13 Girls team of Abi Hamer, Georgina Weal, Alice Mason and Sian Hubbard came 6th in 53.4secs.
