Tamworth AC Junior Athlete Sophie Perry was chosen to run in the Leics schools championships representing North West Leics

Sophie took part in the Senior 1500m race despite the fact that she is in year 8 at school and qualifies as a Junior Girl.

Running against girls very much her senior Sophie managed to finish in 5^th place, a great achievement!

Also at Saffron Lane Tamworth AC athlete Isla Crameri ran in the Under 13 Girls 200m race finishing 5^th in the final.
